Objectives
The main objectives of NOSSTIA are summarized as follows:
- Establishing strong ties amongst highly skilled Syrian expatriates as well as with their counterparts in Syria.
- Establishing cooperation programs between Syria academic and scientific institutions and international institutions.
- Providing training programs in areas that are important to Syria.
- Enabling Syrian specialists working abroad to actively share advanced scientific, technological, educational, management and business knowledge with local experts, and to effectively contribute to the on-going reform and development process taking place in Syria.
